Seasonal Roles
Our team grows seasonally to serve our peak times. As well as retail seasonal hires, we hire roles in production, fulfilment and customer service.
Our busiest time of year runs from Christmas to Easter and in order to prepare for these peaks we hire in advance and provide a set timeframe for the positions. Seasonal positions are detailed below.

Customer Service & Fulfilment
We hire a team of customer service representatives (CSRs) to support our Group Purchasing, Fundraising and ecommerce ordering. We also hire team members to fulfil and dispatch these orders.
Casual General Help
(Production & Warehouse)
This role supports production and warehousing operations, ranging from making and hand-finishing our chocolate products to packing and shipping them.

Our seasonal Chocolate Connoisseurs are involved in all areas of the shop, which might include customer service and sales, ice cream sales, wrapping gift boxes and stocking chocolates.
