Coordinator Shipments
Orders shipped directly to the Campaign Coordinator qualify for free shipping in the following provinces:
- Alberta
- Saskatchewan
- Manitoba
- Ontario
- British Columbia (excluding VIT and VOL postal codes)
For coordinator shipments to all other locations, shipping charges apply. Please refer to Section 10: Shipping & Delivery Charges by Province in our Terms of Use for full details.
Ship-to-Me Orders
Ship-to-Me orders will ship at the same time as the main campaign order and are typically delivered 5–10 business days after processing, excluding remote areas.
- Standard shipping rates apply based on the shipping address and order value
- Order tracking will be provided once the order ships
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Our products are considered food items and therefore we cannot do exchanges or refunds once the products have left our warehouse. Because chocolate is a food product and cannot be re-sold, we do not accept returns other than for quality concerns. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
