Getting Ready for Delivery
- Print summary and individual order reports
- Confirm volunteers (2 per $1,000 in orders recommended)
- Prepare sorting signs and supplies
- Secure a cool, safe sorting location (under 20°C)
Sorting and Packing Orders
- Verify carton counts and packing slips
- Sort items by SKU
- Pack orders in pairs and double-check accuracy
- Staple pickup reports to completed bags
