Order form step-by-step guide

Need to add orders using an order form? Or add orders on behalf of someone? Use the Order Form available on your order dashboard.

  1. Go to Orders > Add Orders Manually
  2. Fill out the customer info and select products/quantities
  3. Fill the information on the header and proceed to adding the quantity for the products you would like to add
  4. Once you complete adding your products to the order form, you can choose to save and create another or save and close.
  5. Products added to your Fundraiser through the order form will appear as PENDING status until these items are paid.
  6. To complete the order, you MUST pay for the products added to your Fundraiser through the order form.
  7. You will be redirected to the checkout process. Please follow the steps to complete the orders. The status of the order will change from pending to complete.
  8. To cancel a manual order that hasn't been paid yet, click on [cancel order] and confirm the action to cancel this order. After confirmation, the status of the order will go from pending to cancelled, and this order will no longer count as sales or go towards profit or bonus.
Bulk Order Management

To monitor and manage your sales, you can see your recent orders on the fundraiser [Overview Page] page. To have a full view of the orders go on [Orders] page.

  1. Click the [Manage Orders] button to enter manage mode. You’ll notice the button will change to say “Done Managing.”

  3. Click the [Manage Orders] button to enter manage mode. You’ll notice the button will change to say “Done Managing.”
  4. In this mode, you'll see a list of your Pending Orders. Use the checkboxes to select one or more orders you'd like to take action on.
  5. Once you've selected an order (or a few!), the [Pay for Selected] and [Cancel Selected] buttons will become active. Choose the action that fits what you need. You can also Move these orders to a team using this functionality, learn more at [Create a Team section].
  6. Clicking the [Pay for selected] option to begin the checkout process. Follow the regular checkout flow to complete your payment. Once payment is successful, return to your Orders Dashboard and confirm the order status has changed from Pending to Complete.
  7. Clicking [Cancel Selected] will prompt a confirmation message to pop up. Click [Yes, Cancel] to confirm. Head back to your Orders Dashboard and confirm that the order status has changed from Pending to Cancelled.
Manage individual orders

To manage individual orders, click the three-dot icon next to the order and choose from the available options:

  1. To pay for a manually entered order, select [Pay]. You’ll be redirected to the checkout process, follow the steps to complete payment. Once successful, the order status will update from Pending to Complete.
  2. To cancel, select [Cancel Order] and confirm the cancellation. The order status will update from Pending to Canceled, and it will no longer count toward your sales, profits, or bonuses.
Create and Manage Fundraising team

The Teams Feature is an excellent way:

  1. To track sales and profits within a group
  2. To track individual orders

What type of campaign is the best fit for teams?

Usually, the campaigns who get the most out of the Teams Feature are groups from the same organization or community who will benefit from the fundraising profit. For example:

  1. Sports team where each player's profit goes towards supporting their team events
  2. Schools looking to create a competition and track profit per student or classroom.

With our Teams Feature, you can automatically track individual or group profits for your Seasonal Fundraising campaign. Create friendly competitions by customizing how you track profits: either by each individual participant or by groups that you can set up however you want: grade level, English class vs Chemistry Class, juniors vs seniors, etc.

Follow these steps to create a new team on the Order Page and invite team members:

Step 1: Start Creating Your Team

Navigate to your Orders Page and click the “Create a Team” button. An overlay will appear asking for confirmation. Click “Yes” to continue.

Step 2: Choose How to Build Your Team

Select how you'd like to build your teams build your team via Webform or Spreadsheet

  • Clicking [Create New Team] will open an overlay page.
  • Choose which way you prefer to create a team [Use a Webform] or [Use a Spreadsheet]

Option 1 - Via Spreadsheet

  • Upload your completed teams template by clicking on [Upload CSV]. Please make sure you are using the template provided on our support materials, or access it here.
  • Select what format you would like to receive the links for each team member:
  • All in one – individual links all in one PDF file
  • By Teams – individual link per team in each PDF
  • Select what contact information you would like to display on your launch letters.
  • Click [Create a Team]

Option 2 - Via Webform

  • Enter the New Team Name and Team Members' Emails in the provided fields.
  • Choose whether to Add Team Members, you can add [Name] and [email address] per each member. Add as many members as you would like, by clicking add more team members
  • Select what format you would like to receive the links for each team member:
    - All in one – individual links all in one PDF file
    - By Teams – individual link per team in each PDF
  • Select what contact information you would like to display on your launch letters.

Step 3: Generate & Share the Team Link

  • Once the team details are entered, the system will generate a custom team link.
  • Copy and share this link to invite members to join the team.

Step 4: Create and Send Team Invitations

  • Click [Cerate and Invite] to notify team members.
  • Team members that have an email address added will receive an invitation email with instructions to start sharing the campaign with their unique link.

Step 5: View and Manage Your Teams

  • Once a team and its members are successfully created, they will be added to the Order Page for tracking and management.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly create and manage teams to support the campaign!
